Now this is special stuff. Leaves a lovely pale white finish that doesn’t obliterate the wood underneath and with the proven excellence of their polymerised linseed in the mix, it cures beautifully to leave a glorious satin-matt finish with highlights in the wood grain. I used it on redwood i.e. Scot’s pine and it really whitens the wood yet shows the contrasting tight growth rings. A great way to avoid oiling pine and ending up with that 1970’s orange/yellow sickly pine look. A few coats of Parr’s Danish Oil on the top and the look is lovely. Over the moon with this totally natural liming oil!
